Shipping and Returns

How long does my order take to ship?

Because each piece is made to order, it takes approximately 2-3 weeks to create and additional 1 week for delivery. If the item is needed sooner, please contact us and let’s work it out!

Do you offer international shipping? 

Unfortunately, we do not offer shipping outside of the lower 48 states of the US at this time.

What is your return policy? 

Please contact us with any concerns regarding the product. Please note that there are natural imperfections in the wood - this should be expected. If the item is received damaged in any way, we can arrange for remediation/replacement as long as we are notified within 5 days of your receipt of the item.

Do you offer discounts?

We do not offer discounts. However if you are a Veteran or Active Military, please let us know…you may be surprised!
